Refunds and Returns Policy


This Policy should be read in conjunction with our "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy".

 

1. Cancelling Your Order


If you change your mind about your order and want to cancel please contact us immediately by email: sales@luxurymallow.co.uk
Let us know your order number and state clearly your wish to cancel.
If your order has not been despatched at the time we receive your cancellation instruction, we will cancel your order and then issue a refund of the amount you have paid. If your order has already been despatched, please see below "2. Despatched Goods"
Your refund will be made using the same method used to pay for your order.
We will initiate the refund immediately your order is cancelled and you will then receive your monies in line with the timescales determined by banks and card processing systems. (A refund generally takes a few days to arrive in your account)

2. Despatched Goods


Our food products have a finite shelf life and as such there is no automatic right to cancel your order if you change your mind after your order has been despatched. That said, all orders remain subject to consumer law in terms of quality, purpose and description.

3. Damaged Parcels and Returns


Although we carefully pack our products before entrusting them to our delivery service, occasionally parcels are not handled as well as they deserve to be. If your order arrives in a condition which looks as though the contents might be damaged, please help us by taking photographs of the damage before opening the parcel. Similarly, please photgraph any damge to the actual product once you have opened your parcel.
